Service Per Session

  • Travel to and from the listing location.
  • Professional photography shoot (1-1.5 hours).
  • Shoot includes interiors and exteriors.
  • Use of top of the line equipment and gear.
  • Photo processing: fully edited images with appropriate color correction, exposure adjustment, clean-up, cropping, re-sizing, etc.     (1-1.5 hours)
  • High quality images.
  • Files that are MLS and print ready. 
  • File delivery is 24-48 hours after session is complete, may vary per project.
  • File delivery via one of the following options: Email/CD/USB Flash Drive
 

Add Ons

  • Additional Photos - $10 per image
  • Elevated Exterior - $20 per image
  • Twilight/Night - $150/1 hr., 5 photos
  • Online Gallery - Starting at $30 (slideshow, password protected, options to buy customized products)
  • Expedited File Delivery - Same day photo processing and return with payment due before session. Rate is the cost of original package plus 75% of selected package rate.
  • Re-shoot (weather related) - Starting at $75.
  • Image Archive Retrieval - $50 per session
  • Seasonal Photos:
    • Exteriors - starting at $50, 3-5 photos
    • Interiors - starting at $75, 3-5 photos

Less then 1,000 sq. ft.  $ 165 (10-15 photos)        

1,000 to 1,999 sq. ft.     $ 195 (15-20 photos)

2,000 to 2,999 sq. ft.    $ 225 (15-20 photos)

3,000 to 3,999 sq. ft.    $ 255 (25-30 photos)

4,000 to 4,999 sq. ft.    $ 285 (25-30 photos)

5,000 sq. ft. or more Starting at $ 325
